This is why we provide a FREE onsite inspection prior to giving a thorough review of the services required for the price quote.

What is Required by the Home or Business Owner?

Access to the property and work zones within the agreed timeframe. Pre-clearing working areas of various household items is necessary, for example, garbage and recycling bins. Decks need to be cleared of tables, chairs, BBQs, plants, etc. Windows should be closed and screens removed for soft wash home and window cleaning services. Driveways need to be cleared of all vehicles, trailers, and obstacles.

Yes! Although we perform every service with maximum care and diligence, accidents can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. This is why we are happy to provide up to $1,000,000 in liability insurance through our insurance providers, Zensurance and SRIM.
