Deck and Staircase Replacement Project

One of our latest custom deck and staircase replacement projects.

Client requested full replacement of an existing severely deteriorated deck and staircase with a brand new, custom-built treated wood deck and stairs. Scope includes complete demolition and safe removal of the old structure, inspection and preparation of existing footings and subgrade, custom design and construction of a pressure-treated lumber framing system, deck boards, railings and stair stringers to meet current code and accessibility needs, and finishing details to ensure long-term durability and safe use. Project also includes debris removal, site cleanup, and photographic documentation from start to finish.
